After a wonderful holiday season and various shows I did for my artwork (www.artbytalia.com ) this BLOG is loooong overdue for an update! My sincerest apologies!First off, I want to wish all my students a Happy 2011! We've kicked off the new year at the studio with a busy and great Art-Start!
Here are some important dates to mark on your calendar as we dive into Springtime!
- Reserve your spot in our yearly Spring Break Art Camp! March 14th-18th 9-12pm $150/week or $35/day Ages 4-10yrs. All art materials/snacks included. Painting, Sculpture, Environmental projects, Mosaics, Spring Crafts, Pizza Party Friday and more!
- Our Annual Student Art Show is Friday March 25th from 5-7pm! Students are encouraged to submit their 3 best pieces to be displayed on our wall. Live music, refreshments and snacks provided. Certificates and fun prizes will be awarded. Invite the whole family to see your child's beautiful artwork! (Postcard Invitations will be available at the studio. )
- AND FRIDAY FEB. 18TH IS THE NEXT F.A.D. ARTWALK! Come out for a night of Live Music, Wine & Cheese and of course, Amazing Local Art from sculpture to glass, photography to paintings and everything in between! Start at ARTISTS AT THE FALLS and take the free shuttle bus to the other 9 participating galleries/studios all blocks away from each other. 7-10pm.
- Our Adult Painting Class for ALL Levels is Wide Open! Join us for a relaxing and laid back painting session at the studio! Upcoming Plein-Aire Painting trips to Pinecrest Gardens. Ongoing Tuesdays 10:30-12:30pm. $20/hr. Materials List Provided.
